What is Harmony XL Pro IPL?
Harmony XL PRO™ DYE VL and DYE SR are both advanced forms of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) energy for the treatment of Sun Damage, Age Spots, Freckles, Uneven Skin Tone, Hyperpigmentation, thread Veins, Rosacea, broken/Spider Veins while minimizing the risk of adverse effects that can usually be associated with other forms of energy such as normal IPL.

What will happen during Harmony XL Pro IPL?
After an in-depth consultation we will cleanse the skin and apply a ultrasound gel to the area. The IPL device will be gentle applied over the skin. You will feel a warm sensation and depending on the settings, may feel occasional ‘zaps’ similar to a rubber band on the skin. We will then apply SPF following treatment.
Are there any side effects with Harmony XL Pro IPL?
Harmony XL pro uses a state of the art DYE SR and SSR handpiece with a ice cooling tip to ensure treatment is comfortable. You may feel a warming sensation and your skin may feel like mild sunburn after treatment.
It is normal for any pigmentation to vascular areas to go much darker for several days after treatment. Full results are usually 10-14 days after treatment.
We advise avoiding direct sunbathing and wear protective clothing such as hays plus SPF 50 for 2 weeks after treatment.
